Luna Negra
I personally think that Luna Negra made a bold move in its location choice; Plaza Bapindo isn’t really a place conducive for food and libation. Moreover, after being forced to park in the parking garage and walk to the restaurant, I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed by the ’90s feel of the office complex that Luna Negra resides in. However, as soon as I got there, I was forced to admit that I had been wrong. The place was packed with an office crowd busy tucking into hearty plates of steaming food – this was on a Monday lunchtime.
