26-27‘Alice in Wonderland', Sumber Cipta's Ballet Performance
at Gedung Kesenian Jakarta. From the director of Farida Oetoyo, Alice in Wonderland is a dance specially created by Dislay Zielinski for 100 children and selected young dancers of Balet Sumber Cipta. The dance is presented as a refreshing and amusing spectacle for family. It tells about Alice, a girl who loves her beloved naughty cat. In her dream, Alice follows the cat to Hope Country and sees animal figures, card troops, and Queen of Crystal Palace. Dislav's choreography reflects his mastering of classic, neo classic and modern ballet dance techniques enriched with uniquely theatrical idioms, full of humor, and dramatic sense. ‘Lempad of Bali: A Film by John Darling'. In April 1978, Bali's
greatest artist died at the age of 116. Lempad of Bali tells the story
of this remarkable person against the background of the island's changing
fortunes over the past 100 years. Lempad's longevity was cause enough
for wonder, but the magnificent body of art and architecture he left behind
is a greater tribute to an unusual man. The film follows the elaborate
preparations for his cremation an the consequent release by fire of his
spirit into the next world. A wide selection of Lempad's work is shown,
including the drawings, paintings, sculpture and architecture which have

Kidsport
is the largest play centre in the city. It caters to kids from crawling
babies to age 12. For the older kids there is a clean, well kept "Adventure
Challenge" with soft play tunnels, ladders, bridges, slides, ball pools
and flying foxes. One level up is the café with good western and
Asian meals. A great place for parents of older kids to hang out while
the kiddies are busy playing. On the top level there is the Wee Village
for the younger ones and includes a small ball pool, slides, playhouses

Kidszone is located on the first floor of the Auto Mall in the Sudirman area of the city. The ground floor of this mall is full of car dealerships. If you child is a car enthusiast they will love looking at all the new cars for sale! Kidzone consists of two play "zones" with a café in between them. The discovery zone has slides of various sizes, tunnels, ball pools and a separate play area for those under two to explore. The other zone is an arcade with token operated games and rides. Tamani Kids Adventure Land is a cozy, cheerful place for children. The playground consists of soft play tunnels, ladders, bridges, slides, ball pools, flying foxes and the like to keep the children busy and entertained at the same time. There is a small separate soft play area for babies/toddlers. The café is on the same floor as the play area so parents of younger kids will feel comfortable sitting and having a snack while the kids play.
